Purpose

To evaluate how the practitioner applies their expertise in a real client interaction.

• Candidates prepare and conduct a simulated client session with the interviewer.

• The assessment evaluates not only knowledge, but the ability to create a high-quality client experience.

• The assessment also evaluates client session preparation, professionalism, and the candidate’s ability to create a high-quality client experience.

• The candidate prepares a high-quality professional profile prior to the session, demonstrating how they present themselves and communicate their expertise, experience, and professional proficiency.​
